AMR Ambulance offers savings membership for transport fees

The Graafschap Fire Department is certified as as a basic life support agency and will respond to all 911 emergency medical calls in our response area. An ambulance is dispatched at the same time. In our part of West Michigan, emergency medical transport ambulances are provided by American Medical Response (AMR) Not only do they transport patients to the hospital, they offer advanced life support. While the costs of the fire department are paid through property taxes, the medical transport is not.

Many of our residents are unaware of a program that AMR has been offering for a few years. The AMBU-CARE Membership offers 1 year of coverage for $85. The details are on their flier below:
